P.I. McCourt
Comdt P.I. McCourt was a member of the Ordnance Corps, Eastern Command, in The Curragh during the 1962 Duncannon Sputnik Hoax incident, where he revealed that what was initially thought to be a fallen satellite was, in fact, an elaborate prank involving a modified ballcock and electronic components.
