Paca Blanco

Paca Blanco is a survivor of the Catholic-run institutions in Spain that operated under Francisco Franco's regime. She was institutionalized at the age of 15 due to her family's conservative views. As an advocate for justice, Blanco has expressed the need for the Catholic Church to confront and take responsibility for the abuses that occurred in these centers, emphasizing the deep scars left on the lives of the women who suffered there.
