Panfilo de Narvaez

Panfilo de Narvaez was a Spanish conquistador and explorer known for his ill-fated expedition to Florida and later for being sent to capture Hernan Cortes during the conquest of the Aztec Empire. His arrival in Mexico created a significant challenge for Cortes, as Narvaez brought additional troops against the backdrop of the already complex conflicts between the Spanish and the Aztecs.
