Patricia Gámez is a seasoned Guatemalan judge with over 20 years of experience, particularly known for her role as a judge of high-impact crimes. She is also an academic, teaching at various universities, and has served as the president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Judges and Magistrates of the Judicial Branch. Gámez is currently a candidate for the presidency of the Colegio de Abogados y Notarios de Guatemala (Cang) representing the Unidos x la Justicia slate, which won the majority of votes but is now competing in a runoff election.
