Patricia Shanil Dzimbiri was a prominent Malawian public figure, known for her role as the former First Lady of Malawi. She was married to former President Bingu wa Mutharika and was actively involved in various charitable and social initiatives during her husband’s presidency. Tragically, she lost her life in a military plane crash on June 10, 2024, which also claimed the lives of several others, including the former Vice President.
