Paul Pickowicz

Paul Pickowicz is an American scholar specializing in Chinese history and the father of cookbook author Natasha Pickowicz. He married Li Huai, who is originally from Beijing, and together they created a multicultural household that integrated Chinese culinary traditions with American influences.
