Pauls Mandelštams (1872–1941) was a prominent Latvian architect known for his versatile work in various architectural styles, including eclecticism, Art Nouveau, and Bauhaus. He left a significant legacy in Riga, designing notable buildings such as the Radio House and several residential and public structures. His innovative approach to architecture and openness to new forms marked a pivotal evolution in Latvian architecture. Tragically, Mandelštams was murdered during the Holocaust in 1941.
