Pavel Glukhov
Pavel Glukhov, born on June 8, 1985, in the village of Zvezda, Belarus, was a soldier in the Russian military who was shot for refusing to participate in a brutal offensive known as the 'meat assault' in Ukraine. Prior to his enlistment, he served a prison sentence for murder in a Russian penal colony and was part of a unit comprised largely of conscripted prisoners.
