Pawlo Skoropadsky

Pawlo Skoropadsky was a Ukrainian general and politician who briefly served as the Hetman of Ukraine in 1918 during a tumultuous period of national upheaval. His leadership was marked by efforts to establish a Ukrainian state amidst the backdrop of World War I and the Russian Revolution, although he ultimately became a puppet of German interests in the region.
