Phil Lavers

Phil Lavers is the owner of Moonacres Farm, an acclaimed organic fruit and vegetable producer in the Southern Highlands of Australia. A former financial trader, he transitioned to farming in 2006, converting a cattle property into an organic farm, which laid the foundation for the highly regarded Moonacres Kitchen in Robertson.
