Poul Andrias Ziska

Poul Andrias Ziska is a renowned chef and the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Paz in the Faroe Islands, which has received two Michelin stars shortly after opening. Previously the head chef at the popular restaurant Koks, Ziska is celebrated for his innovative approach to Faroese cuisine and his commitment to showcasing local ingredients. He is collaborating with Icelandic chef Gunnar Karl Gíslason to create a unique dining experience featuring a special 14-course menu that reflects their culinary storytelling.
