Prabath Priyanta
Prabath Priyanta is the General Secretary of the Lanka Electricity Board's Free Workers Union. Recently, he has been in the news for announcing a strike by electricity board workers set to commence if the government does not respond positively to their demands regarding professional actions taken since the 4th of this month. He emphasized the seriousness of the workers' actions and urged the government to address the issues at hand to avoid inconveniencing millions of electricity consumers in the country.
