Rade Milović

Rade Milović is a former employee at the Podgorica Health Center who has recently been acquitted of charges related to the unauthorized collection and use of personal data of COVID-19 patients. After a lengthy legal battle spanning five years, the Higher Court upheld the ruling that Milović did not commit a criminal offense in connection with a leaked list of infected individuals, which had been disseminated during the early days of the pandemic. His defense argued that he acted without malicious intent and was not aware that he was handling protected personal data, a claim supported by witness testimonies. Following his exoneration, Milović plans to file for damages due to wrongful detention.
