Vladimir Tošković

Vladimir Tošković is a superior of Rade Milović at the Podgorica Health Center, who played a key role in the incident involving the unauthorized sharing of a list containing personal data of COVID-19 patients. Tošković sent an Excel file to Milović without clearly labeling it as containing protected data, which led to the legal issues that Milović faced. His communications and instructions, or lack thereof, were scrutinized during the trial, as the court found no evidence that he informed Milović that the data was confidential.
