Rafael Acosta Sena

General de Brigada Piloto Rafael Acosta Sena is the director of the Servicio Militar Voluntario in the Dominican Republic, an initiative aimed at instilling values, discipline, and citizenship among young people. Under his leadership, the program has reached over 14,000 students across 116 educational institutions, contributing significantly to the personal development of Dominican youth since its inception in 2001.
