Rafael Pineda, also known as 'Rapé,' is a Mexican cartoonist and political satirist known for his incisive and often controversial commentary on social and political issues. He recently attracted media attention for publicly criticizing U.S. Vice Consul Christopher Landau on social media, which resulted in him tearing up his own visa as a form of protest against the cancellation of the visa of Morena state advisor Melissa Cornejo.
