Ramón Valencia Pérez

Ramón Valencia Pérez was a young politician and candidate for the mayoralty of Coxquihui, Veracruz, representing the Morena party. He became a notable figure in the region's political scene after taking over the candidacy from his father, Germán Anuar Valencia, who was murdered earlier in the election campaign. Sadly, Ramón was kidnapped and later confirmed dead, highlighting the severe violence and insecurity affecting the municipality.
