Reinaldo Díez Esparza

Reinaldo Díez Esparza is a Venezuelan engineer who served as the head of the Environmental Supervision and Auditing Department at PDVSA from 2011 to 2018. He was recently in the news for his employment at Servinabar, a company co-owned by Santos Cerdán, shortly before the controversial Delcygate incident, which involved a meeting between Spanish Minister José Luis Ábalos and Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez.
