Ricardo M. Arias Espinosa

Ricardo M. Arias Espinosa was the President of Panama from 1955 to 1956, known for his role in organizing the 'Reunión de Panamá' in July 1956, which commemorated the 130th anniversary of the Congress Anfictiónico of 1826 and brought together numerous heads of state from across the Americas.
