Richard Perkins is a former Nevada state lawmaker and founder of the Business Council of Canada and Nevada, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting trade and investment between Canada and Nevada, particularly in light of the significant economic ties, including Canada being the largest foreign investor in the state.
