Richard Tabler

Richard Tabler, 46, was executed by lethal injection in Texas for the 2004 murders of Mohamed Amine Rahmouni and Haitham Zayed in Killeen. In his final statement, he expressed remorse for his actions, acknowledging the pain he caused to the victims' families. While he also confessed to additional murders of two underage dancers, he was never charged for those crimes. His execution marked one of five carried out in the United States that year.
