Rick Pettigrew

Rick Pettigrew is an archaeologist and the executive director of the Archaeological Legacy Institute in Eugene, Oregon. He is a long-time aficionado of Amelia Earhart's story and has actively participated in various expeditions to uncover the mystery of her disappearance. Recently, he has taken a keen interest in an object identified by Mike Ashmore in the lagoon of Nikumaroro, believing it may be a critical clue in solving the decades-old enigma of Earhart and her navigator, Fred Noonan.
