Robert R. Fowler

Robert R. Fowler is a retired Canadian diplomat who served as the foreign policy adviser to three prime ministers and was Canada's last ambassador to the United Nations to win election to the Security Council. He played a significant role in addressing the Darfur conflict during the early 2000s, helping to establish a UN-supported peacekeeping force amidst the region's escalating violence.
