Roberto Eduardo Viola

Roberto Eduardo Viola was an Argentine general who served as the de facto president of Argentina from March 1981 until March 1982 during a period of military dictatorship. His rule was marked by political repression and economic instability, and he took power after the resignation of Jorge Videla. Viola's presidency ended amid the Falklands War, leading to a return to civilian rule in Argentina.
