Rod Schejtman, born in Buenos Aires in 1985, is a self-taught composer and musician who has gained recognition for his work in classical music. He studied engineering and finance while nurturing his passion for composition, blending his analytical skills with artistic expression. Schejtman founded The Piano Encyclopedia, his own music academy, to teach composition and improvisation. He garnered international acclaim by winning the WorldVision Composers Contest in 2022, with his symphonic piece 'Luce Nell’Oscurità.' Recently, he gained attention for his collaboration with renowned composer Lalo Schifrin on the upcoming symphony '¡Viva la libertad!', dedicated to Argentina's new political direction.
