Rodica Popescu-Bitănescu

Rodica Popescu-Bitănescu, born on August 5, 1938, in Răsuceni, Ilfov County, is a celebrated Romanian actress known for her extensive work in theater, television, and film. She graduated from the Institute of Theatrical and Cinematographic Art in Bucharest and made her film debut in 1975. Her notable works include roles in 'Miss Litoral', 'Secretul lui Nemesis', and 'Comedia fantastică'. In recognition of her contributions to the arts, she was awarded the National Order of Faithful Service and named an honorary citizen of Bucharest.
