Rohatman

Rohatman is a Turkmen student currently pursuing a PhD at China University of Petroleum (Beijing). He gained recognition for his active role in fostering friendship and cooperation between China and Central Asia, particularly after he and his peers wrote a letter to Chinese President Xi Jinping expressing their commitment to contribute to the China-Central Asia community.
