Romulus Voinescu

Romulus Voinescu was an inspector in the Romanian security services during the early 20th century, known for his role in the enforcement of censorship and political repression. He is remembered for his involvement in the confiscation of manuscripts and the persecution of intellectuals, including the celebrated writer Ioan Slavici.
