Rossend Saltiveri

Rossend Saltiveri is the owner of a pig farm in Ivars d’Urgell, Lleida, and serves as the head of the pork sector at the agricultural union Unió de Pagesos. He argues that the economic viability and widespread consumption of pork make it a more accessible choice for producers compared to other livestock.
