Roy Bryant
Roy Bryant was the husband of Carolyn Bryant and one of the two men accused of kidnapping and murdering Emmett Till in 1955. He and his half-brother were acquitted by an all-white jury, and later admitted to the crime in a magazine interview, but were never retried due to legal protections.
