Roy Ngulube
Roy Ngulube was the Secretary of the Zambian National Assembly, who tragically passed away on April 7, 2023, in Tashkent while attending the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union. His death was attributed to a brief illness, and he was recognized for his significant contributions to public service over more than thirty years. Ngulube joined the National Assembly in April 2002 and held various positions, including Assistant Secretary of the Southern African Development Community Parliamentary Forum and Deputy Secretary from 2017 to 2022, before being appointed Secretary in September 2023.
