Rozaliya Nombre

Rozaliya Nombre is a Ukrainian singer and influencer who served as the model and voice for the digital persona Viktoriya Shi. She participated in the project voluntarily, allowing her likeness and voice to be used in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' initiative aimed at improving communication with the media regarding consular matters.
