Viktoriya Shi

Viktoriya Shi was a digital persona created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to provide official commentary on consular issues. Developed in 2024 as a pilot project, she was designed to enhance media interactions and offer timely responses for both Ukrainian and foreign media outlets. However, the initiative was halted due to a lack of expected interest from the media.
