Ruslan Borovskiy

Ruslan Borovskiy is a 26-year-old co-owner of a drone factory in Lviv, Ukraine, where he produces innovative drones to support the Ukrainian military in its defense against Russian aggression. With a background in civil engineering from Lviv Polytechnic, Borovskiy pivoted from his initial desire to join the army to contribute to the war effort through technology, co-founding the start-up Vitrolom. His flagship drone, Khmara, is designed to enhance the capabilities of Ukrainian forces by providing them with advanced reconnaissance and strike options. Borovskiy is driven by a sense of duty to protect his nation, viewing the production of drones not as an act of violence, but as a means of safeguarding lives during a brutal conflict.
