Rustem Zainullin
Rustem Zainullin is a Russian politician who has served as the Vice-Governor of Belgorod Oblast, overseeing property and land relations. He has a background in real estate management, having previously held the position of Minister of Property Relations in Udmurtia and later worked in Sevastopol. In June 2023, Zainullin was detained by law enforcement authorities in connection with an investigation into alleged abuses related to the construction of fortification structures, amid accusations of inflated costs and embezzlement.
