Ruth de los Santos is involved in initiatives aimed at improving public governance and environmental management. She has been appointed to the Comisión de Veeduría Ciudadana del Fideicomiso para la Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos, where she will contribute to ensuring accountability and transparency in the handling of solid waste management in the Dominican Republic.
