Saburō Kurusu

Saburō Kurusu was a Japanese diplomat, primarily known for his role during World War II. He represented Japan in diplomatic negotiations with the United States and was one of the signatories of the Tripartite Pact, which formalized the alliance between Germany, Italy, and Japan.
