Salehe Hassani

Salehe Hassani is a 19-year-old Afghan girl who, after being barred from education under Taliban rule, has turned to carpet weaving to support herself and her family. Despite the bleak circumstances, she remains hopeful and has been studying English for the past three years, aspiring to become a leading doctor and contribute positively to Afghanistan's future.
