Samir Mehić

Samir Mehić was a talented guitarist from Srebrenica, known for his deep love for music, particularly the works of David Bowie. During the Bosnian War, he became a symbol of hope and culture in a time of darkness, as he continued to create music and dream of reunions with his bandmates, despite being separated from them. Tragically, his life was cut short during the genocide in Srebrenica in July 1995, yet his legacy endures through his artistic contributions and the stories of resilience he inspired.
