Sanjay Kishan Kaul

Sanjay Kishan Kaul is an Indian judge currently serving as a Justice of the Supreme Court of India. He was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2017 and has previously held positions as a Chief Justice of the Madras High Court and the Delhi High Court. He is known for his legal expertise and has presided over significant cases, including those involving constitutional law. Recently, he was in the news for being part of the five-member bench that upheld the abrogation of Article 370, which previously granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
