Sara Cosío

Sara Cosío is known for her romantic involvement with notorious Mexican drug trafficker Rafael Caro Quintero. Their relationship began after they met at a party, and she became a significant figure in his life. Cosío was with Quintero during a critical period when he was on the run after the murder of a DEA agent. Initially, her parents believed she had been kidnapped, but it was later revealed that she was not only safe but actively communicating with authorities, which eventually led to Quintero's capture in Costa Rica in 1985.
