Sebastián Cruz is a businessman and singer, and the son of Jaime Cruz Villalpando, the mayor of Villa Hidalgo. He was recently involved in a kidnapping incident orchestrated by the CJNG, which led to his father and other officials being abducted as part of the criminal group's demands.
