Sebastián Palacios is an Argentine food engineer and entrepreneur known for his work in the dairy industry, particularly in producing high-quality dulce de leche. He co-founded the brand Caranegra, which gained recognition for its premium dulce de leche made from freshly milked cow's milk. After facing initial challenges in establishing his business, he successfully relaunched his company in 2019 with the support of his wife, focusing on delivering a product that emphasizes quality and has garnered awards at food competitions.
