Segundo Martínez

Segundo Martínez is a retired police commissioner who previously served as the Chief of Security at La Moncloa during the administration of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero. He is known for his influence within the Spanish police force, particularly for his role in supporting the appointment of José Ángel González, also known as Jota, as the deputy operational director of the National Police.
