Sergei Efremov

Sergei Efremov was a prominent Russian politician and military leader who served as the Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai. He played a significant role in organizing the volunteer battalion 'Tiger' in June 2022, demonstrating a commitment to his civic duties during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Tragically, Efremov lost his life on February 2, 2024, during a reconnaissance mission, and was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Russia for his courage and heroism in the line of duty.
