Sergej Dubinskij

Sergej Dubinskij is a Russian national who was found guilty in absentia by a Dutch court for his involvement in the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in July 2014, resulting in the deaths of all 298 passengers and crew members. He was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role in the incident, which was attributed to a missile fired from a Russian BUK system during the conflict in Eastern Ukraine.
