Sergey Abdykerov

Sergey Abdykerov, born on March 15, 1983, in Vladimir Oblast, is a prominent Russian manager in the shipbuilding industry. He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 2007 and has held various significant positions, including Director of Strategic Development at the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) since 2019. In April 2024, he was appointed the head of the Department of Shipbuilding Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, where he oversees the legislative framework and support measures for the industry.
