Sergey Chernikov

Sergey Chernikov is a Russian businessman known for his involvement in the alcohol industry and for holding various positions within the Russian government in the 2000s. He served in the so-called Civil Chamber of the Russian Federation, which was nominally created to oversee government activities, and is also the uncle of Yuliya Kirilova, the wife of U.S. official Darren Beattie.
