
Sergey Efremov
Sergey Efremov was the Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai, who tragically lost his life during a combat assignment in the Kursk region. He was also the first commander of the Primorsky volunteer unit 'Tiger,' established in June 2022, and was appointed to his role as Vice-Governor in February 2024. His bravery and commitment were recognized posthumously when he was awarded the title of Hero of Russia by President Vladimir Putin.
