Sergey Savelyev

Sergey Savelyev is a Belarusian human rights activist and programmer known for his courageous work exposing human rights abuses in Russian prisons. While imprisoned in the Saratov regional tuberculosis hospital, he collaborated with the human rights project Gulagu.net and released a significant archive of videos documenting torture and sexual violence against inmates. His actions led to criminal investigations and contributed to the dismissal of the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service in Russia.
